In 2017, the Macau Special Administrative Region officially granted the operating rights of the new Taipa Ferry Terminal to the CSI Group, pushing the group’s business to a new level. In 2021, due to good operation and management, the Macau Special Administrative Region will renew the operating rights of the future Taipa Ferry Terminal to the CSI Group. The CSI Group hopes to build the Taipa Ferry Terminal into a competitive, A distinctive and diversified entry-exit port. At the same time, it also provides Macau residents and visitors to Macau with a better shopping, leisure, food and transit experience platform, making Taipa Ferry Terminal truly a harmonious and interactive new port where tourists can enjoy and participate together.

Taipa Ferry Terminal is located on Avenida Nacional, adjacent to the Macau International Airport and the Taipa Ferry Terminal Station of the Macau Light Rail System. It covers an area of ​​approximately 200,000 square meters and has 16 high-speed passenger ship berths and 3 multi-functional berths, as well as 127 entry and exit points. Check-in channel and 2 baggage claim carousels. The terminal also has 1,000 parking spaces, 1 helicopter landing space and 5 helipads. ​

The terminal operates 24 hours a day. In the first phase, there will be 8 passenger ship berths to provide services, providing maritime passenger transport services and sea and air combined transport services between Macau Taipa and Hong Kong Sheung Wan, Kowloon, Tuen Mun, Hong Kong Airport, Shenzhen Fuyong and Shekou.

In addition to providing basic services, including drink and phone card vending machines, public payphones, etc., the pier will also add some new service facilities and equipment, such as battery carts (for use by those in need), baggage transportation and processing systems, and baggage check-in counters. , luggage trolleys, tourist information desk, etc. There are public transportation (buses and taxis) and free shuttle bus sites for hotels and casinos outside the pier, making transportation convenient. The immigration lobby also provides free wireless Internet access. Various types of service facilities in the pier, such as shops, travel agencies, currency exchange shops, restaurants and nurseries, have also been put into operation.
